Hot Stone massage provides deeper muscle relaxtion through smoothe water heated stones at key points on the body. Heat from the stone allows for the therapist to get into deeper muscle layers when the muscles open up to the heat of the stone.

Therapeutic sports massage focuses on treating soft tissue aches, pain and injuries that are associated with recreational activities. Massage can reduce muscle stiffness and improve relaxation by reducing heart rate and blood pressure.
