All appointments are currently scheduled over the phone. Please complete a request form, and we will call you as soon as possible.

To secure your appointment, we require a credit card on file.

We will always confirm your selected therapist before finalizing the booking. If you have a preference for a male or female therapist, please inform us.

A 50% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellations submitted after closing time the day before will incur an automatic charge.

A 50% fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made on the same day.

Vouchers or gift certificates will be fully redeemed according to the appointment price in the event of a no-show.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible! Remember that our therapists work by appointment, so timely communication is appreciated!

Please Arrive 20 minutes before your session to fill out waivers, use the restroom, etc.

Your session starts 5 minutes before the massage to give you privacy to undress in the room.

Plan your trip ahead of time. for free parking use Waze 140 W. Wilson Ave Norfolk, Va 23510
(one-way street, parking right between hurrah players building and fence.)

We ask that You don't use perfumes or lotions that will interact and take away from your massage.
