We currently book all appointments by phone. Please fill out a request form and we will call you as soon as we can.

We require credit card information to book your appointment.

We will always confirm your therapist before booking. If you prefer a male or female therapist, please let us know. There will be a 50% fee charge if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment.

All cancellations must be submitted 24 hours before your appointment. Any cancellations after closing time the day before will be automatically charged.

A 50% fee will automatically be applied for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

Vouchers or gift certificates will be fully redeemed based on the appointment price for no-shows.

Please call us ASAP if you need to reschedule! Keep in mind that our therapists work by appointment, so a heads-up helps keep communication!

Please Arrive 20 minutes before your session to fill out waivers, use the restroom, etc.

Your session starts 5 minutes before the massage to give you privacy to undress in the room.

Plan your trip ahead of time. for free parking use Waze 140 W. Wilson Ave Norfolk, Va 23510
(one-way street, parking right between hurrah players building and fence.)

We ask that You don't use perfumes or lotions that will interact and take away from your massage.
